Let your body fill your present. Focus on what is happening in that moment. Be aware of the sensations of the muscles being massaged. Slowly run you focus from the top of your head to the tip of your toes and back up again.
Step back from the emotional roller-coaster. As thoughts come to mind don’t chase them down the rabbit hole. Ask yourself why you are thinking about this and look for the reason or emotional trigger behind the thought.
Search your core. Find out what makes you, you, what your passions are and what makes you happy. Explore and expand on the feelings of joy, happiness and the sense of compassion.
