JOURNEY TEA BATH
Feel calm and connected to nature with the fragrance of flowers and herbs and the relaxing properties of essential oils.
YOU WILL NEED: 1 teaspoon each of dried rose petals, citrus peel, lavender, rosemary, chamomile and sage 10 drops of lavender essential oil 1 x sachet of Ginkgo clay (choose from relaxing, detoxing or invigorating clay) If you aren’t able to get dried ingredients, dry them yourself – make sure they don’t get mouldy by keeping them in a well aired place. Add the lavender to the herbs and keep in a dark glass jar or a clear glass jar away from light. You can make up more of the recipe if you want as it keeps for a few months. Put your mixture in a muslin cloth and tie to the tap as your bath draws. You can also put the muslin cloth into the bath so it can steep into the water. Empty the Ginkgo sachet into the bath, light candles, play music and relax. If you don’t have time to make up the mixture, you can simply use a Ginkgo clay sachet on its own.
