We write to confirm that Ginkgo Petite Spa at The Claremont (formerly the Andros Boutique Hotel) in Claremont permanently closed its doors on 31 July 2026.

For many years this intimate sanctuary in the gardens of the historic property has been a place of quiet restoration and personal care. It has been a privilege to welcome you for signature massages, facials, wellness packages and moments of calm. Your loyalty, kind feedback and continued support have meant a great deal to our therapists and the entire Ginkgo team.

Outstanding bookings, vouchers and gift cards If you still hold an unused voucher, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly:

  • Transfer the value to any other Ginkgo Spa location, or
  • Arrange a full refund
